Greenbrier Management took over the property I live at. A maintenance request has been inputted and it has been 20 days since, and very little communication. Their phones at the property don't work right and the staff make excuses of "only one maintenance guy"

Office manager Alice at Hampton Townhomes has such a bad attitude. Was a mistake on getting my deposit back which im calm about because they always have new office managers and there is a chance of miscommunication, which is understandable. Had to come all the way from Georgia just to see what was going on because neither she nor Greenbriar management has answered my emails or phone calls since July 17th. She was very rude, sarcastic and nonchalant and pretty much told me in order to get my deposit back i would have to blow up the appliance store.....so withat being said i will see you in court

I was currently working at an apartment complex, when all of a sudden we were told the business was sold.  It was a surprise to have Greenbrier Management come in & do a surprise audit, no advance warning or phone call.  Our old boss said we had nothing to worry about, our jobs were save!  Wrong!!!!  They said the audit went extremely well & my files were excellent.  The day the paperwork was signed they flew in like a bunch of vultures & let half the staff go.  It didn't count that my files were great & we had 100 % occupancy & a waiting list to boot.  Had no compassion & no sense of loyalty.  Unless you are a relative, no will go go where.  In upper management, they are all related & use different last names.  Greenbrier Management talked about all their employees while they were doing our audit & never introduced themselves to us & told all our tenants they were taking over before the ink was dry!!!!  Horrible team & poor management!

Landmark Apts Chesapeake....Poor management and maintenance! Office staff is rude and has bedbugs in units!

Terrible at paying vendors. Their Hopewell property manager did not put invoices in until after they were due. The accounts payable office manager told me that checks are caught on the 10th and 20th but this is not true. They frequently pay 10 or more days after they say they will and then the checks never come. You will get the run-around about whether or not you will be paid on time. I don't think I got a single check on time in the six months that I worked for them. Very poor management skills. They hire anyone it seems like and the people are rude and do not care.
