Forget about getting anything decent at this store. They have the same few people camping there EVERYDAY ALL DAY LONG and grabbing anything of a value from racks and carts that just come out. They already have carts full of stuff and are still staying there from morning till night. I understand some people resell, but they took it to the whole new level, and staff don't seem to care. So now someone like me who would go there to find some good deals for kids or myself can't do it, because items that make it to the floor are not worth it.
P.S. called corporate, they said they are aware of the situation and got a lot of the same complaints and trying everything they can to stop it. They said they will try to take out racks on a floor one at the time, but I don't see how that would help, since those people living in that store rent free.

I don't usually leave feedback, but I had a terrible experience here. I picked up a dress today that was hanging with similar styles on the dress rack with a sign that said "8.99." The dress had a long duster jacket that came with it. I brought it up to the cashier, Lucy, but she rang it up as "$13.99." I politely told her that I had picked it up from the dress rack and that it was 8.99 and that it was a set. She then raised her voice: "AND THAT IS WHY I CHARGED YOU $13.99! IT'S A SUIT." That was entire point. It wasn't a suit and I was being overcharged. Couldn't your employees just be a little kinder to people? There was no reason why that tone and attitude were necessary. I payed nearly double the price, had one of your employees raise her voice, and it just wasn't warranted. I won't be back.
Also, there are some weirdos who have nothing else better to do then spend the entire day in the store waiting for the racks to come out, so very few quality items make it to the floor. I realized this after coming back for an item 6 hours later only to see the same girl who had been there earlier in the day still on her cellphone camped out near their storage room door. I thought I was experiencing de ja vu. I know that people like reselling, but it makes it difficult for the rest of us who can't afford to buy new things. Goodwill should do a better job of asking these people to leave so the rest of us have a chance.
