So one of your cashiers named Linda was not friendly at all, she didn't care about people as if we were bothering her. I spent over 300 dollars in your store but I regret it because Linda did not do what I asked her to do. The problem was that I asked her if it is possible to pay with two different cards she did not answer me so I showed her cards and then asked her to charge me with the two different cards but she did what she wanted to do by charging the whole thing on one card instead of splitting in between two cards and didnt show any remorse or even apologize though she knew I was upset.

So, the pandemic happened and upon reopening Goodwill increased prices way over current inflation, changed their hours doing away with sundays and did away with returns. They have also started to price by brand name making it less of a thrift store experience. As someone that works full time, the new hours don't benefit me. The only day available really to go Is on saturday and the stores are swamped, Dressing room lines and checkout lines long. I mean think about it. Goodwill is built on the premise that if you donate goods that money is going back into the community. They have very little overhead compared to most retail establishments. It seems to me, That Goodwill took advantage of the pandemic to increase their bottom line. As a member of the community who shops there on the one day of the week I can go None of the changes are positive. The bright side of this, when goodwill expanded They put a lot of independent thrift and consignment stores out of business because they couldn't compete. They can compete now.
