GREAT small town bank feel. Been with these guys since day 1...STILL same name !!!

Our small business uses this bank. It's sooooooo nice to speak to people and explain what you need. Also, it's very convenient (ex. you lose your debit card, you go to the branch and they make you a new one, - THE SAME DAY!) We have also gotten referrals from the branch for business.

Midlothian isn't bad the willow lawn one SUCKS rude and said they don't accept third party checks so we had to contact my bfs manager to write him another check thank god it was on a Friday and she was available to do so otherwise we would of not been able to pay rent. They also said they would have to call who wrote the check to confirm the check is legit. So you're wasting my time in the drive thru and someone else's time because you all lack a good security system in place to make sure checks are legit ?
