This motel is totally overpriced!! Whatever the web site says, ADD$100!! I punched up motels on Google and it said $110, I was charged almost $600 for 3 nights!! For that kind of money, I would expect a coffee pot in my room! And not have to go down 4 floors to get coffee! I brought back some leftover pasta from dinner and didn't realize that I had to go down 4 floors to use a microwave!! 1 microwave in a 4 story motel? Come on!! Not to mention that my company pays for my room, and the only way to get a snack is it to be charged to the room! It's only a snack,but it's the point!! If you are reading this, take my advice and get yourself a room elsewhere! Surely not worth the money!! Not by a long shot!!!

We selected the location due to the reviews and the location. The staff was very kind but in several ways the hotel did not make us want to visit again. The floors in the room were dirty upon arrival and the were others areas in the hotel that needed a more detailed cleaning. We asked for the room to cleaned three times and at no point was our room cleaned or the linens changed. We had a guy stop by asking if we needed anything but we thought he was just checking on us. At that point we had not requested the room be cleaned. The hotel is new and has a kind staff so I hope they can get the service up to par for a Hilton hotel. Oh, and on the third time sharing the room had not been cleaned they mentioned we might receive a discount but none was given. I would rather no one mention a discount unless one is given. Communicate clearly and exceed expectations.
