Beautiful hotel and great location!! We arrived April 5th. Theresa was at the front desk to check us in. She made us feel welcome and explained details of our stay and hotel information. The room was so cozy, we had a fireplace and outdoor space. It's in walking distance of several restaurants and antique shops/stores. Cameron at the front desk was super helpful and friendly! She made a wonderful recommendation for a Mexican restaurant close by, it was delicious! Our bathroom had a whirlpool tub, perfect for relaxing after lots of walking. The Hotel is located along the James River, from our balcony we could see the river. Just a fantastic place!

Beautiful rooms, very cool location. Getting from the hotel to the street level was difficult lol. Nearby activities: Very cool location, lots of dining, music, etc nearby.

What a great place! Unique boutique-style hotel right on the James River, with access to lots of great restaurants within immediate walking distance, river trail for exercise, and easy parking. Shoemakers Restaurant is in the same building and is exceptional. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beds comfortable. Has become our go-to stay while in Lynchburg for college visits.
