The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and I struggled to sleep at all. The ice machine left gross black stuff on the ice (which I didn't notice until it melted, way after I drank a bunch of water with ice in it ).

We had a great 3 night stay at this Fairfield Inn. The location is centralized to Lynchburg making it a perfect place to get to many other stops we had while in town. The room was standard for a Fairfield but clean. Great views of Lynchburg and the surrounding mountains. The pool was indoor and huge for a hotel. Very clean and nice for multiple families. Workout area was on the small side but had everything I would expect. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend. Weve stayed at all of the Marriott locations in Lynchburg with exception of downtown and this is by far our favorite. Nearby activities: The location is centralized to Lynchburg making it a perfect place to get to many other stops. Food & drinks: Standard hotel breakfast buffet but they did a great job keeping food and coffee out even during busy times. Noteworthy details: Huge indoor pool area!

LADY BUGS EVERYWHERE!! Hotel was nice & close to location for our track event for my son at Liberty, it was literally across the street so definitely perfect location for sports events at this college. Room seemed clean but for some reason lady bugs had taken over this room, we found about 15 during our 1 nights stay. I am NOT fan of bugs. Also upon arrival the room smelled like an OLD LOCKER ROOM, didnt have that clean "hotel" smell. We went for breakfast around 915am & EVERYTHING was empty including the juice dispenser. I had to go to the front desk to ask for a breakfast food & drink refill since breakfast wasn't over until 10am & she looked like she was annoyed at the request. I even heard other guests go to the desk & ask the same thing after me. After about 15min finally a guy started Bringing food from the back & added juice to the dispenser. Definitely made my stay a little less satisfying. If your going to serve breakfast until 10am please make plans to refill it without guests requesting it.
