    Horrible customer service. Instead of helping customers they tell you to go to the ATM for your bank transactions. Personal bankers just stand around and wait for the one and only person working to work the drive through and the window.

    Family member had a recent drive thru experience at this branch. Asked the teller, Jessica, to exchange $200 worth of smaller notes for two $100 notes. She simply replied, "we don't have any $100 bills." Really? I find it surprising that a bank - Wells Fargo, no less - does not have any $100 notes, especially around the holidays. Jessica did not even at least attempt to offer lower denomination notes. At best, this was pure laziness; at worst, this was an outright lie. Indeed, later called the bank and spoke with someone who kindly stated that the bank does have $100 notes. This is disappointing. Management at this branch needs to take a hard look at their team and re-train and/or take disciplinary action against certain employees to address these and other customer service issues. I am certain this is not a one-off occurrence.

    I definitely miss Nathan. He was very helpful. I no longer live in this area but had the pleasure of speaking with Amy who helped me with an issue I was having. Thank you Amy for helping me over the phone, and actually taking time to listen to me, unlike the terrible customer service I got through the Wells Fargo 800 phone line. This review is for Amy, and her alone. I only dealt with Nathan before, this branch was always a great location though. Thanks Amy.
