Friendly staff can't make up for ownership's lack of basic amenities
The staff here is fantastic friendly and helpful. Sadly, the ownership seems out of touch with tenant needs. They refuse to install even a single bike rack for 1000+ residents, which is a massive inconvenience for cyclists. It's surprising that a "luxury" apartment would rather miss out on good tenants than spend a tiny amount on such a basic necessity.
Ellipse provides free car parking for every resident but those who use a bike have to pay for storage that is conveniently located in a separate building and up three flights of stairs.

Its very peaceful here and feels very safe. I loo that its so close to everything as well. You have everything you need within 5 miles. The staff if super nice as well

I love the diversity. All my neighbors seem very friendly and helpful and it's quiet! I also love the layout and how the community is covieinet to shopping. The amenities in the community are very important and perfect. The game room and the family room have been my favorite for entertaining my family and grandkids.

Nikole helped me with my apartment search and was both incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming as well as welcoming and kind to both me and my dog. Her professionalism as well as that of all the office staff and staggering array of amenities and beauty of the neighborhood has made this my go-to for my move to the Hampton area.
