Zoe was amazing today. I don't normally do reviews but she deserves a shout out! She was kind, knowledgeable, and cracked a few jokes with me while we waited for my phone to sync. And I had to return an hour later due to a small error that the phone itself was making and she fixed it in less than 10 minutes after immediately asking me what was wrong when I walked through the door. 10/10 would recommend her.

Went in because I accidentally deleted my contacts , tall guy , blonde-ish told me he didn't know how I did it and nothing can be done. I told him they were backed up so I shld be able to get them back.. completely brushed me off, never asked me any questions or even looked at my phone, and so I left. Tell me how I was able to restore them from the contacts trash file but he couldn't even take the time to look at my phone let alone attempt to help me. Complete laziness in my opinion, and if he didn't know the answer then he should have asked a fellow worker. He's completely useless.... fire him and find someone who knows wth they are doing.

Allen wouldn't help me to get a new phone. I asked him to help me get a new phone but he said getting a new phone wouldn't help me see what my child is doing on her phone. He basically tought it was useless.
