        Went to a different store before coming to this one and was treated horribly and was told we had to buy a new phone without the employee even looking at the phone to troubleshoot it. We declined and decided to go to this store for a second opinion and Trinity was AMAZING and fixed my issue in 5 minutes! She knew exactly what to do and was dedicated to making sure our issue was resolved. Thank you so much love! Saved us $200+ lol

        Trinity is AAA+ employee with superb customer service skills, very polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She turned my evening/night into a very pleasant one. This beautiful young lady deserves a pay increase any any positive incentives the business may have and give!! BIG KUDOS to Trinity!!! Any MetroPCS/Tmobile business I need to take care, I would pray Trinity would be the representative to handle it!!
