        Updating after 7 months of renting. I think the place has consistently improved and theyve worked on taking care of some well needed things. Also anytime I have a maintenance issue they are quick to fix it

        Since Ive been a resident at Rivers Landing it has been nothing but extremely nice and wonderful service. The whole staff is amazing. What I like most is how its quiet at night and My neighbors are friendly. These last 7 months have been great. I love it.

        Probably best kept "secret" in this area. A friend recommended this community to me several years ago and I have been here since. Improvements are happening and will take time! I am in a quiet building, (may be too quiet for some). This is a good community, has been for the past few years that I have resided here. Since rents are high all over, this may be the place for a person/family to seriously look into.

        I wouldn't refer these apartments to anybody. They are rude and think they can talk to you any kind of way. When my husband asked them to go over the new lease with him. They told him he would have to go on line and and do it himself.we both missed that after signing the the lease we would be responsible for all the utilities. If we had known we would not have renewed.
