@GreystarApts RENTERS BEWARE, ESPECIALLY IN PROPERTIES LOCATED IN VIRGINIA(Trail Creek). MGT ignores concerns about not receiving a parking pass, and besides large notes on dashboard showing your unit they have your car towed. Most likely getting kickbacks from the tow companies. Won't even bring up the fact they try and rent unclean townhouses, with light bulbs out, broken microwave and walls that aren't painted properly. They won't even replace plug sockets with kids markings from previous tenant. Don't be fooled by your initial visit, you're better off staying in a roach motel.

Me and my wife moved here about a week ago and its okay so far. Brianna is great, the maintenance team that came by today was great and very professional. These are beautiful townhouses, the floors are amazing but my only pet peeve is neighbors being distant. Maybe its an over reaction but a strong neighborhood is one that is filled with kindness and respect to one another. Its not a big deal right now and we just moved here so I shouldnt make a big deal but its been alright so far.Fast Forward To Today, the management is still fantastic and they will look out for you in maintenance or a few other issues. The maintenance crew is fantastic they do get the job done, however my car was broken into and I think its one of the neighbors. Message To Trails Creek Townhomes Management be careful who you accept because the goal is to make the community safe not be in fear of coming home. I have a lot of great things to say about management and the maintenance
