As Amazon notes on their web site, and which is also printed in our stores and provided to us by Amazon, there are 2 types of packaging requirements depending on the label that prints from your QR code. If an RMA is printed, we will pack it for you as this item is consolidated and shipped back to Amazon in bulk. If the label prints with a standard UPS label (address and 18-digit shipping number) then the item must be packed separately, as Amazon wants it to be shipped separately. We offer a multitude of packaging supplies to assist when packaging is needed which starts at $2.99. This certainly saves you the trip back home (and gas) and allows you to complete your tasks in one trip, thereby also saving you time.
