Incredible manager at this location. Went over and beyond to help ease my nervousness about a package with a double label. Sure enough he was right and the process ended up how it should have.

I just needed a few copies. Nothing difficult. I tried uploading on their website and emailing through the website. Tried several times, the directions were just unclear, so I gave up. Called them and got an email address, sent them 3 docs to print. Waited at least half an hour and drove there. The woman who waited on me claimed that they hadn't received the email. Baloney. Like most of the world, I email successfully all the time. How can a company in the 21st century that offers copying services be unable to deal with email? Not bothering with them again. In addition, the woman who served me at the store made quite clear by her attitude that she really didn't give a you-know-what about the issue.
