I never write reviews, this is a first for me but I had to. This is my second time at this location, both times Ive had the same problem. The associates at this store are extremely slow!! They take their sweeeeet time. There were 2 gentlemen working today ( Saturday morning), and there was just ONE other costumer trying to return a package . It took the 2 store associates 20 MINUTES to come & help me. 20 minutes for me to drop a package that was already all packed & everything. Something that should take less than 2min took 20min, and the store wasnt busy at all. No apologies , and no explanation either. Ridiculous.

I had a difficult print job requiring large labels, and a tight deadline for an event. Omar made sure the job was well laid out and in my hands ahead of schedule. This location repeatedly provides excellent service.

Super rude and inefficient company. They charge so much for overnight are rarely ever make the times quoted. Weather seems to be the excuse lately and you have to fight to get refunds.

This is my favorite print shop in Richmond! I find myself going here in a pinch and they always deliver in a timely and friendly manner. Everyone greets you with smiles. Thanks yall!
