Employees are friendly and courteous. Store is clean! The parking lot is big, but shared by numerous other businesses and how the spots are laid out seem awkward. It is my go to FedEx store for it's proximity to my house and ease of getting in and out of the shopping center.

First time at this location and a longer drive to find a location open on Sunday. The signage is good from the road, but you cannot see the storefront from Virginia Beach Blvd.
Lots of parking is available and only little debris. The shopping carts in the lot not cleared from another store was annoying.
The store is a large full service offering shipping, packaging, copy, fax and more. The staff was friendly and processed my outgoing shipment quickly. A receipt was provided for tracking. The delivery was a day later than promised with the cold.
I would return and recommend.

First time here, and I'm literally in my car writing this after getting done. They're very polite and have great service to me. Kira, the young lady who serviced me, was a great person and the people who were there today, were great as well. Thank You!

I always have a positive experience with this location. They are super efficient, professional, and friendly. They always generate a perfect product for me.
