      image Im launching an investigation hopefully its not on their end but so far it look like it is .. I Returned some things through Mail Express. The places I returned it to said they received the package but some things were missing which was over 100 dollars. Im going through all the steps I need to take in order to get this situation solved I wont rest.
      Ps. Thank you for replying I have a picture down below please feel free to look at it it states that upon delivery there were things missing out of the bag I dont know how that possible. Theres expensive stuff in there I will press charges when I find out

      image Well I can say theyre thrives! Because back in June I had a package shipped from the Cville Va location. I paid $130.00 And by time my package had gotten to ups ground! It had fallen apart. And they couldnt ship to Mt. Vernon Washington. And had to discard it. So the owner in the Palmyra (lake Monticello) office lied her way out of this! Im not finish with her yet! She is going to read about this and wish she had given my money back!

      Margie, let’s state the truthful facts. You sent a package filled with frozen food items in a box, not a cooler, like it was suggested, during the Summer using UPS Ground, even though the sales associate, explained that it should go Overnight which would ensure that the food wouldn’t spoil. You stated you wanted to use the ground option and understood that it would take a few days to arrive. The sales associate explained that with UPS Ground automatically gives you $100 of insurance and strongly recommended that you increase the insurance because you told her your items were expensive. You told her you would only get the $100 of insurance because you didn’t want to pay extra. When your package was in transit with UPS the food items spoiled, and they wouldn’t deliver unsavory food items. We filed a claim and UPS stated that since the food items were sent ground instead of overnight, you wouldn’t receive a refund. I fought with them and they finally agreed to refund you the $100 of insurance, which was credited to your account and you received an email showing the credit.
