This was the they do it only if you ask hotel. They do room service only if you ask. They turn off the annoying oven horn from the oven cooking breakfast only if you ask. They remove the double charge for your already pre paid hotel room only if you ask. They change the sheets only if you ask. They refill empty breakfast items only if you ask. They refill the shampoo and conditioner only if you ask. They provide clean towels only if you ask. The TV had a massive scratch on it. Parking and breakfast was free. They check you out of the room only if you ask. For a Hampton inn I expected a little more.

Being a handicap individual and having mobility issues, I was happy to see my king room had a walk-in shower, not only that, but they have shower chairs available. (They also have seats for the toilet with handles, found that out when they got confused and sent it). The room I was in (417) was an adjoining room, and my children in 419 were easily accessible!
