        The 3rd world family that owns the property doesn't spend any money on upkeep or amenities, this place is mostly used for sex liaisons that last barely overnight.Owner also doesn't pay taxes, and will probably be headed to prison soon. (see attached pic)Obviously these "hoteliers" are just squatting on the property as local land values go up so they can sell it at a massive profit, as was done across the street with the Rodeway and right next door with the Lee High. Only difference is, those places were a little bit clean. Staying at the Boulevard is like staying at a Calcutta brothel on the worst side of that city.
