        Had a last minute change of plans and needed to book a room and check in super early. Shaham was a great help- he got me checked in to a nice room, super early. Process was easy and smooth. Ive got a nice clean room. Thank you!

        Quick and easy check in. We were able to check in a few hours early so we could attend a 3 pm show at the Eagle Banks Arena. Room was super clean and newly renovated. However, there was no hot water for showers both in the evening and the am. When we addressed this with the front desk they seemed unconcerned and did not offer a discounted rate since we were unable to shower in the cold cold water.. Also, our king size bed was super lopsided and uneven.

        Room was good but if you choose to stay there Make sure you watch your credit card. NOT only did I get charged 100.00 deposit that I'm supposed to have returned "we will see" but I left the hotel at 930am then at 345pm they tried to charge my card for 150.00 it was declined then 3 mins later they charge it for 100.00!!! When I called and questioned this I was told that there was a stain... Well I then told him to get the manager I was on my way back as I was still in town. So apparently manager wasn't available. He then wants to show me a picture that you can obviously tell is not a "NEW" stain I mean even the carpet didn't match the flooring!!!! I have been a member of IHG for a very long time and this is the WORST STAY AND SERVICE EVER!!!! I have filed a complaint with IHG on the management and front desk personnel. This was fraud and its obvious that they were fishing to see what amount would clear while charging my card!!! I will be disputing this charge and if I have to I WILL file charges!!!! So if yall chose this place make sure u lock your card or Just use a Pre paid card so they can charge u MORE for NO REASON!!!!! UPDATE SO IF THIS STAIN WAS THERE I ASKED THE GUY AT THE DESK TO SHOW ME BUT HE REFUSED SO SINCE U SAID THE CARPET CANT BE CLEANED THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THE GUY TO LIE AND SAY IT WAS ALREADY CLEANED ITS OBVIOUS THAT YOU ALL ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!!!! I investigated this and found that the hotel was at full capacity and many guests were showering at the same time causing an overhaul of the water tanks. We have rectified this feature so that it does not occur again in the future. I will also address this learning moment with my front desk team to help us better service guest recovery to fix issues right away. I would like to start by apologizing to you for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. My team reported that there was large stain(s) found in the room upon your checkout of the hotel which was never reported to the front desk or management. Our policies for things like this are to charge flat fee $150 to the guest who occupied the room as we always complete a full inspection after each guess checks out. Our carpets cannot just be cleaned for stains found like this, so we ultimately have to replace sections of the carpet that were damaged. This is the reason on why you were charged as this was never reported to us and you occupied the room. Please understand that we have taken pictures of the carpet stain damages found in your room as back up supporting information for this case. Our hotel also does not accept any type of pre-paid cards to be used as this protects us against fraudulent charges.
