Was very disappointed that we couldnt use the pool during spring break! When asking what were the pool hours, I was told it was under maintenance. My kids were not happy about that, at all. Things like that should be listed on website or somewhere so guests can make an informed decision on whether or not they still want to stay. No one came in to replace towels, wash clothes, etc. The hotel could use a bit of updating, looked much better online than in person. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was pretty nice, though. I usually take pictures of hotels I stay in, but was not that impressed by this particular property. I expected better from a Marriott property.

I deliberately booked this hotel for the indoor pool. We arrived with our two small kids and the pool is not operational despite me calling to confirm that it was. Our door keeps getting stuck and our safe was not working.

Nice enough hotel, but the pool was broken/closed, one elevator was broken, the hotel did not have coffee and tea out after breakfast and the lids for the coffee/tea service in the rooms were too small for the cups provided.
