        The rep tried his best to assist. I spent almost 4 hours in the store, the wrong phone was activated, and was asked to pay an activation fee of almost $100. Shortly after my review, I was contacted by Ashley Womack who apologized and took ownership of the poor experience. She worked with the Manager (Brandon) and helped facilitate an equitable resolution. I was blown away by how Brandon followed through. He turned a poor experience into an amazing experience. It is rare for companies to hold themselves accountable and promptly follow through with an equitable resolution. You now have a loyal customer. Thank you Brandon and Ashley.
