Sid was super helpful. He quickly diagnosed the program and quickly got it fixed. He was very patient with all of the random questions that I asked. Highly recommend!

Initially getting the claim started was pretty frustrating. Asurion could not see the inventory at the Christiansburg location because screens for my phone are coded by color... they had a screen that would work but Asurion wouldn't start the claim because it wasn't for "my phone"....So Luke ordered the correct one. It came in and then they saw it in stock but in Roanoke 25 minutes away. Luckily Luke said that he could "transfer" the inventory to their store. He did and it got approved. The repair took about 2 hours and the phone is working great! Luke was very, very helpful during the process. Definitely use them!
