The cell service is terrible here in SW Virginia. The money you are saving over Verizon is not worth it. Call drops, lack of coverage in to many areas, and 5g service isnt worth talking about. Its a great thing that my work cell is Verizon. After my time with this carrier My personal cell service will be going back to Verizon. Ask yourself before you sign with someone whats important to you! Look at it because the few dollars difference isnt worth losing a cell service especially when you really need it.

They have no phones other than iPhone and Motorola. They got in the phone I'd prefer to have but only got in one and it supposedly wouldn't power up or charge. If you want anything other than iPhone or Motorola you have to wait for it to be ordered or pre-order a new upgrade that won't be out for another month.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and us cellular would rather lose me as a customer who pays every month on time, than waive a $30 fee just bc I upgraded to a new phone thru them. It's ridiculous! Not to mention the ridiculous service it's had lately....no calls and dropped calls. Did I mention I pay almost $400 per month. Do better for ur customers, we provide you income!! Honestly they should be ashamed.
