Had the pleasure of dealing with the most pleasant Wireless Consultant . She was knowledgeable regarding my iPhone and troubleshooted and corrected my phones’s “slowness”. She was patient and explained how to deal with the issue instead of a quick fix and “ goodbye”. Store locations and consultants like Sharon keep me a Verizon customer. Looking forward upgrade soon to a new iPhone.

Our entire overall experience was one of the best ever.We switched from US Cellular to Verizon. The fear of switching carriers was real for us not only was that fear diminished very soon after meeting with our sales rep I am excited to be with Verizon. Our rep earned our trust very quickly and for that we feel comfortable that we switched. We were introduced to a unit called a hum and we are very excited that our car now has protection. Excellent service.

What an amazing experience I had here. My representative Sharon was fantastic. I highly recommend this Cellular Sales store! I went to a corporate. Verizon store in Roanoke and was treated horribly.Thank you Cellular Sales for looking out for my best phone solutions!

Sharon, sorry this review is late. I wanted to say that this woman was fantastic with helping connect me to the number and personnel needed for a billing dispute. She was professional and kind. I felt that she listened to me, and didn’t just try to speed up the call. She deserves a raise.
