Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change

I scheduled an oil change on a Thursday morning weeks ago. Today was the day for my oil change. I come in at 930am for when I was supposed to turn my car in for the oil change being one of the first people in the waiting room. For 3 hours I watched everyone come in after me and leave before me. I finally said something and she told me that her ( Kim) team was short staffed and all she can do is apologize. So in other words she waited 3 hours to wait for me to get upset and mad before saying anything knowing she was short staffed for the day. I run a bar/ restaurant and thats like someones steak dinner taking 3 hours and telling them we ran out of steak when its already been 3 hours and me telling them all I can do is apologize. I was also supposed to get a car wash. So I go outside still waiting on my car and Kim yells out its in the car wash!!! As Im clearly looking at it in the parking lot right in front of me watching the mechanic take his time getting out of it. I begin to tell Kim I was last one in the waiting room and she ignores my comment and tells me that she didnt get a lunch. I ignore her back and get my Keys and get to my car to see it was never washed and every bit of pollen still on it. Long story short, I wish I never bought my car from here and if I sell it , yall will be the last place to get it. Thanks
