10/10 would recommend!!! Quickest oil change I've ever had and staff was friendly and informative with throughout service!

I was very satisfied with Luke and his team! Even though it was almost time to close, they assisted me and did not rush through and maintained great customer service. I was referred to this location because of the other location in Chester (across from Starbucks) stated that they did not have the filter for my Infiniti SUV. They stated they were sold out and that I would have had to set an appointment for the morning the next day. In which I was very dissatisfied with that location because it seemed that the older gentleman (manager) did not want to do the work and was lying. It upset me that I had to go 15 min the opposite direction to get an oil change. It just seemed like a waste. He stated that he called the other location and they would help me. However, Luke and his team turned my experience around! Thanks!!

Never got an oil change. I didnt realize you just drive up to the bay doors. So I drove in and parked in the parking lot. Walked around to what I thought was the front. Realized this was not the case. So I walked back around and got in my car and left. Why did I leave? Well the whole time walking every employee watched me walk around trying to figure out what to do. So instead of just coming outside and tell me they just acted as if they didnt see me trying to figure the system out. So I guess they werent interested in business so I was not interested n giving them my money. Word of advice. Dont take jobs youre not willing to do. There are people who would love to work and provide. Instead youve chosen to take a job and collect a check will providing very little service to the owner in return. Maybe hire someone who has intent to invest into not take away from.
