They tried to charge me $185 for a diagnostic test when my car was still under warranty. I was also thinking about selling them my car but they only offered me $350 more than the payoff price but quoted a much higher buyout price at first. Their customer service is sub par.

We had a great experience working with Joseph Jones at Loyalty VW...We actually went to look at another truck that was advertised, but didn't like it...Joseph came over an showed us the truck and then I asked about the Tundra that was also advertised...He answered all our questions and guess what we purchased. I was very happy with what Loyalty has to offer!

I was extremely impressed by Joseph Jones at Volkswagen on April 4th, 2024. I came to this dealership not knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. Mr. Jones was welcoming and I felt like family. He was very patient and he made sure that the vehicle that I was purchasing was actually what was comfortable for me. He is a great advocate for promoting safety and being in a vehicle that makes you feel safe. I applaud Mr. Jones for the outstanding job he did helping me and the work that I know he is capable of in the future. Mr. Jones is awesome and I will recommend him to anyone that's looking to purchase a vehicle.

I always feel like I have to lets see if we can sell her something. This started when I brought the car and is still going on. I was told I needed front wipers . I just brought some 2 weeks ago. Then I needed a tire didnt have it in stock. This happened when my brakes were recalled they ordered mine and gave them to another customer after they made me an appointment. The associate that took care of my needs that day was a very professional nice young lady. But the overall in Loyalty in Volkswagen, I dont feel very good about them. And I dont trust him 100%.
