We have lived here for a month and have loved it!! Max, Danielle, and Maggie at the leasing office are so helpful and friendly! Eyayou with building maintenance is ON TOP of it and so kind! Everyone in the building is friendly, the location is amazing, and we have loved the amenities spaces. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The staff here at UrbA is very nice and helpful. Danielle, Maggie and Max in the leasing office are attentive and helpful every step of the way even after move in. Eyayou and the maintenance team, will resolve any maintenance issues you have quick and efficiently unlike some other apartment complexes. I have lived here since October and have not had any issues at all! Also look out for all the special events hosted by the leasing office!

"I recently moved in and was truly impressed by the professionalism of Danielle and Max. They went above and beyond to ensure our move-in process was seamless. The office staff have been incredibly accommodating, always available to address any needs we have, and consistently strive for excellence. Additionally, the maintenance staff, particularly Eyayou, has been exceptional. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist in any way possible make every interaction a pleasure. This community stands out as one of the best I've ever lived in, and I wholeheartedly give it a deserving 5-star rating."

It is time to share that the building is very nice, its amenities are excellent, but I want to highlight that the attention of Magy, Max, and Nicole in the office are super attentive and support you in everything, the maintenance staff led by scar attends to your needs quickly They keep you constantly informed in the community of everything that happens, we were very lucky to find them, I recommend this building, it is super well located, the subway is very close, restaurants and places to visit. Anyway, if you plan to change your place of residence I RECOMMEND URBA and its entire team. Congratulations URBA Team

I have only been in my unit for three months, but I love both my apartment and staff here! My apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom and gives me a great view / balcony of Arlington and DC. I definitely plan on trying my thump with gardening on my balcony with the amount of natural light I get. But the 5 stars go to the staff at URBA, they go above and beyond to make the whole moving processes as easy as possible. Multiple times I have had furniture delivered to my unit without me being present and the leasing office / concierge coordinated the whole thing in my absence. Also I gotta shout out Eyayou, one of the handymen, for hanging up some decorations, putting up my TV, and letting me borrow a ladder. He is the best!
