I was planning on writing everything about the property but all you have to do is look at the reviews. All the good ones are about front desk staff and maintenance because that is the only good thing about the property. The leasing office staff are less than useless. I thought that having a big corporate property management team will mean they will have the resources and power to help you but it is the complete opposite. They ignore calls, they ignore concerns, they ignore you in every way possible to delay and not do anything about your issues.

Great staff! Everyone seems to be very committed to the tenants. Office, concierge and maintenance have a fast response to any inquiries. I could only see pictures and videos of the apartment during the leasing process, but could not see exactly the one I was interested. I suggest to have saved videos of each apartment, as they become available. The apartment was not turn-key ready when I arrived (some fixing was requested, as well as cleaning), but the Sedona took responsibility and rapidity addressed it. So far, it is a good experience living here for about a week. Many boxes to unpack. Looking forward to finish organizing and start enjoying life in a new city. The staff is excellent. Maintenance is excellent. Cleanliness of the building is excellent. The great smells in the lobby area! :0) Concierge service...the best! Thank you!

When I moved here, this building was lovely. I mean the staff is always outgoing and very polite. That will never change, but the quality of the apartments I mean with a paper, thin walls theres a dog above me, and I have to many nights pay to go to a hotel, or travel to a friends or family members house just to get sleep this particular animal will wake you up at midnight to a.m., 5 AM in the middle of the day and youre told that theyre working on it. Well its been almost 8 months a little over a year, possibly still same they have went up on parking took away your free parking for your guest. Now I think after like a few days they have to pay so everything about this community has truly went downhill, especially just not being able to get sleep in your own home because of the paper thin walls.

The Concierge Team at Sedona Slate are professional, dedicated, thorough and committed. I have lived in apartments with a full service concierge team, but never had the level of service been as high as that provided by Kendra and her team. Even contractors are well trained and exceptional. Both Kendra and Dantise go above and beyond to in their service and they make my being a tenant stress-free. Kudos to the Bozzuto concierge team! Because of them, I will be renewing my lease.
