Columbia Hills Apartments

I love the leasing office and lived here for one year, had a great time living here. Alina is incredibly kind and helpful and the rest of the office staff are amazing!!!

There are nice people leasing office all of it specially think her name is Jasmin & Alexia thay are nice people & very welcome . people . Thank you so so much and this beautiful apartments inside outside its quite.i love it!!!

Hot water problems already and its ghetto (some of the residents) as hell for it to be a very nice modern brand new building. Some people leave the laundry rooms and elevators so dirty. They have all of these visitor parking spaces but dont even accommodate visitors. Parking is absolutely terrible!!! And corporate needs to get it together, the leasing agents gets the blunt of their (corporate) stupidity. This is an update in the year of 2021... this community has NOT gotten better. This place has gone through so many mangers, its ridiculous! We have some residents that pull the fire alarms in the middle of the night for no reason, take decorations off of your doors, do firecrackers in the courtyard at 2:00 in the morning and ALWAYS trash the elevators. Obviously no manger can handle or fix the problems of these ghetto actions b/c its only getting worse. ***The best thing about this place are the cleaning people, they do a really great job!! I thank them every chance that I get b/c theyre consistently cleaning after the untidy ones that are always messing up in the building.*** Columbia Hills Apartments has got to get it together!!! I have more to say. Update 2024. There needs to be diversity in the office!!! Im my own maintenance person b/c this team sucks!! My childrens light blew out and there was no sense in urgency so I climbed on their bunk bed and did it myself. The one person that is no longer with the property, on the maintenance team was a woman that did a way better job than the men and she came on time. I truly hate this place the only reason why Im still here is b/c Im saving money to buy a home. They keep changing office staff and yet, NOTHING has improved!!! I going to keep writing reviews as long as me and my family keep going through things. And I need someone else besides the leasing staff to address my concerns. People that will really take the time to genuinely care and fix concerns. Again their sense of urgency is nonexistent! Someone automatically setup a package receiving account for me but the leasing office cant even tell you nothing about it! Amazon put the wrong package in a mailbox and the only people that can help is them but instead told my son to come back at a later time because of training another new person in the officeummm.couldnt that be a great learning experience?.having great customer service and actually helping your resident? The only good thing a can say about this place is my domain when I close these doors to my apartment I tune everything out. I dont participate in nothing that goes on at these apartments b/c it not worth it! I dont even go to the office anymore if I dont have to.

I have had the most wonderful experience touring with Alina. She was kind, knowledgeable of the surrounding area and community, and gave great insight of the space. I would highly recommend speaking to her for your application process!
