        If so, how do you guys evict Somebody then lose the case in court then when called property manager refuses to pay the deposit back to the individual.... And The person who was vected their ledger was tampered with

        I have lived here for almost two and a half years! I love the location. Unfortunately the buildings are old and there is always something to work on However, Marina, one of the girls who works in the office, is amazing! She is always willing to help you and make things easier for everyone. Andres the maintenance guy is also very friendly and always solves maintenance problems as soon as he can!
