        We love living at Avalon Arlington North! Great place for our family with young kids. We feel very safe here. We enjoy all the amenities, the pool is fun in the summer, the kids love the community park and indoor play area, and the property is well managed and maintained. Maintenance is 5 stars! A big thank you to Mr. Ben, Mr. Simmou, and Mr. Omar for always quickly responding to all our maintenance requests. :-)

        Weve been renting an apartment here for about a year now. It was the best choice we could make after residing in Ballston. There is much more space for the price, including multiple walk-in closets, double vanity bathrooms, and plenty of garage parking. We also love using the decently sized gym and the dog park for our corgi! Ron is a super friendly leasing manager, and were lucky to have him and the maintenance team assist with anything we need.

        If you are post divorce in Arlington, you'll be in good company here, lots of single parents. There are a lot of pros to Avalon - great amenities, friendly staff, a parking deck, regular maintenance and improvements. The cons are, a very small pool which is always in the shade, rental rates which WILL be raised shockingly, every year, and weird management decisions like charging us $5 a day for not picking up packages from the robot lockers on time (in a community of people who travel constantly for work.) Why not just have our packages delivered TO OUR DOOR like in every other community? I will also mention, the hot chocolate/coffee machine in the common area was one of the main reasons my kids loved moving here, and when they removed it all of our feelings were hurt.
