We want to express our sincere gratitude to two exceptional staff members: Maya Hazarika in the leasing office and Kim Loan Lam at the concierge. We moved into this apartment a month ago, and before our arrival, we had arranged for the delivery of over 10 boxes and a large couch. Despite the delivery company's inability to provide us with a precise arrival time, Maya consistently responded to our emails promptly, ensuring that everything was well-coordinated. On the day of the delivery, Kim went above and beyond by guiding the delivery personnel and assisting them in bringing all of our belongings safely into our new home. The level of dedication and support shown by both Maya and Kim was truly remarkable. Without their help, our move would not have been nearly as smooth and stress-free. We are incredibly grateful for their outstanding service and cannot recommend them enough. They are truly valuable assets to this apartment community.

While this apartment complex is new to me, I've lived in Bozzuto run places before, so I had confidence it would be a good experience. This has proven true. From the initial inquiry about availability to the moving in phase, the team at 19Nineteen took good care of me.

Nothing but great things to say about 19Nineteen. Kim, Trevon, Paige, and other amazing members of the concierge team are always incredibly helpful and welcoming to everyone that enters the building. We appreciate this team so much for fostering such a warm environment for its residents. Could not recommend this apartment enough!
