        By far the most thorough management team Ive ever communicated with. Rory was quick to do on-site tours, responsive in emails, and detailed in answers. Really appreciative of this as he made the process smooth, clear, with amazing professionalism. Couldnt have asked for a better leasing agent

        Location is great and the rooms have more space and are cheaper than other apartment complexes in the area. The staff is also very friendly

        My parter and I stopped by a few months ago hoping to rent an apartment here since we loved the area so much. We had a scheduled appointment with the gentleman in the office but ended up being a few minutes late. Even though our appointment was scheduled he still informed us that we could not tour due to the office closing at 5. Its unfortunate this happened because again, we love the location & hoped to rent here!

        hi. this is from John and Karen and we are delighted to live here and call this home. Moved here from dreadful Dweck-owned slum at nearby Crystal Towers and have been here happily since May. Safe, clean, quiet, professionally managed community (thanks Glenda G). Compared to Crystal Towers where security and cleanliness is non existent, The Point excels. Management takes security, cleanliness seriously. No airbnb and student dorms here like Crystal Towers. The maintenance team is fast and responsive-Jorge, Victor, etc all pleasant. Concierge is soooooooo nice, helpful. Mary, Kevin, Monique etc all are 10 out of 10 and really shine. Such pleasant and helpful staff Rory, Tiffani in Leasing always go the extra mile to answer questions and are just plain genuinely friendly. And Glenda the Managers runs a tight ship here.
