1500 Arlington Apartments

NO GUESTS ALLOWED! Despite having a large parking lot that is never more than half full, the apartment does not offer guest parking spots nor do they provide guest parking passes. Anyone caught visiting a resident will be towed on sight with no warning. They also use several flimsy excuses to enter everyone's apartment at least 3-4 times/year under the guise of various maintenance requests, usually related to the very old and poorly functioning A/C units in each apartment. Do not move here if you value your privacy or if you ever plan on having visitors.

Staff is super helpful and kind. They are quick to respond to any queries or complaints we have. The apartment is also close to the university shuttle and metro!

I am thoroughly enjoying my stay at this apartment. The amenities provided are excellent, making it a comfortable and convenient living space. Thanks to the outstanding efforts of the management team, especially Alana and Joe. The facilities are fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

What sets this place apart is the meticulous attention to detail. From the well-landscaped surroundings to the thoughtfully designed interiors, it's evident that every aspect is carefully considered. The amenities are not only functional but also contribute to a sense of community, fostering a positive living experience.
