        Loved living in this building for a year. It is a great location with amazing accessibility to the Metro. 24-hour concierge was a great perk and the staff and Maintenance team are all very nice. Only complaint was the Leasing Office raising our rent by hundreds of dollars per month for our second year with no negotiations until it was too late to re-sign, which is the reason we moved out. Great building if you can get the right price.
