Zoso Flats

Zoso Flats is a phenomenal place to live. Management is top notch, they are extremely responsive and really make you feel like a valued member of the community. Stephen has been incredible, he has been attentive, professional, and kind - I cant sing his praises any higher. Overall the building is clean and well maintained. All of the features (gym equipment/elevators/outdoor amenities) dont just work but work well. The apartments themselves are spacious, well lit, and have a nice modern/industrial aesthetic. Overall 10/10 experience - would recommend to anyone who wants to move to the area!

I just completed my third move within the building. As with my previous moves, David was spectacular in ensuring this move went smoothly. He truly goes above and beyond in helping residents. The quality of the service provided by David should be compelling enough for you to move to Zoso Flats. With regards to the remodeled units, the updates made are worthwhile in spite of all the hassles associated with moving. Updated bathrooms and kitchen backsplash really enhance the feel of the unit. The new refrigerator is spacious, slick, and space optimized. You no longer have to worry about hitting your head on the freezer handle! I would recommend Zoso Flats to those looking for an apartment in Clarendon.

Although I would love to praise multiple people with this review from the building management to its supporting team, this time I'd like to focus it on one person who has been consistent with the service, care, and simply knowing his craft. Tony, the building engineer, is super knowledgeable, responsive, and genuine. We trust him with any issue that we've experienced and know that he will fix it in no time. His level of care and professionalism should not go unnoticed by Zoso's management as well as the corporate office.

Amazing experience living in Zoso Flats. Management is so kind and helpful. We feel so happy and comfortable thanks to Zoso Flats ! We lived in many apartment buildings and this is by far the best. Thank you!
