        Laundry room can use some updated equipment but perfect area and most of the tenants are quite. The neighbors mostly mind their business. You can walk to get groceries and target is right there as well.

        The apartment is in the heart of the city of Arlington, which makes it accessible to lots of stores, restaurants and even the mall. The building Appartment building itself doesnt have any accessible utilities doe its renters. Like the library, business center, a grill area etc all of that has either being closed or taken down. We the renters only have access to play ground which sucks. I will give them credit that they have a good maintenance response team.
