U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

The person working the counter was efficient and knowledgeable. There were four people in line and he processed everybody's rental quickly and efficiently. The return process was just as smooth and again the same person was courteous and friendly. There are certainly several places to choose to rent a U-Haul in St. George but I will always go back here.

So far a good experience. Efficient and easy. Only annoyance was the front windshield was covered in dead bugs, too bad someone didn't clean it before we picked it up. Visibility in the bright sunlight was not good. But, U-Haul's website was a pain. I needed to upload pictures of drivers license and pics of the Cargo Van, etc. but none of the download links worked. Same thing that happened when I was making the reservation.

They gave my truck to someone else, what a joke. I even called to make sure and the location was wrong but got that straightened out and they STILL gave it away! Do not trust them.
