We've rented several times from them to get some things moved around. It's been a good experience.

First of all, the 24/7 check in and out is horrendous. I know this must be a company wide issue, but it took us like 45 minutes to pick up because the links just kept taking us in circles. The video was not helpful at all because it looks very different from the actual experience. I also got several notifications saying that my reservation had automatically been switched to the 24/7 phone option, but I learned that I actually needed to switch it, even though the "check out rental" link said my reservation had already been switched....? That's part of what took so long. Then we returned the truck the same day (early, because we had a 24 hour rental), and the instructions were to just park and lock the truck, then turn the keys into the drop box. Well, we did that, but the next day it said we still had it rented out so we had to go through the return process again, but this time they had all the steps there. It was an absolute mess. I guess I shouldn't have moved on the weekend cuz they close Saturday at 3?? I do not recommend this location or their rental process.
