U-Haul of Mid City

Clean truck & was ready at my appointment time. Check out was pretty fast. Feesback Not block customer cars with U-Haul trucks when they need to leave after dropping off. Had to wait 5 to 10 mins to leave since I left my car parked for part of the day.

It's not the experience, it's like any ol U-haul. The location has been horrible since I was a preteen, and now I'm in my 30's. Getting in and out past 12pm has only gotten worse since the population boom lol.

While picking up a trailer I asked if I would be able to drop it on at a location in Sandy. I would told I would be able to drop it off at any location. I requested that I rent the trailer for out of town, I was told I could. The employee helping me printed out my contract and went over the first couple things then asked us to follow him. I later found out later that the contracted stated that the trailer was for in town and needed to be returned to the mid city location. This was not gone over with us before we were given the contract. I dropped of the trailer at the Sandy location after moving. I then found out a couple days later that I was charged with late fees for not dropping the trailer off at the mid city location after I was told I could drop it off at any location. I was charged twice one time for $91 and another for $76. I called customer service and was told that it is most likely that I wont get my money back, even though the employee made mistakes on the contract and did not go over the contract with us before pick up. I will never be visiting this location again.
