Don't want new customers. My husband cashed out his 401K in 2021. We called and made an appointment to open a new account. Walked in to the bank with 45K waited for our appt. and no one ever came to speak to us. We asked the teller and she said you just wait in those chairs. There were bankers in the offices and they even looked at us but no one ever came. We left & opened an account at members choice CTFCU

This location sucks. Tried to cash a $500 check and they told me oh we don't usually cash a check unless the full amount is already in your account.. like since when I've came in there and cashed $1800 checks and took every bit to go pay bills and never had an issue at any other location. So since yall refuse to give me my money are yall gonna pay late fees on bills I needed to pay today?
