Cadence Bank

They are so unprofessional and take advantage the minute that they can, made countless of mistakes where even I was standing at the grocery store TWICE bc my card decline bc they didnt deposit my check to the my card. The mobile app is so slow too, takes 2-3 days to show when u made a purchase. Been with them since they were national bank , bankcorp, and finally cadence, I am no longer with them. This is the one around central market place!! Also be aware family members have told me theyre very rude with people that have difficulty speaking English!

I had been with National Bank for over 30 years, then it was bought out by BancorpSouth, now Cadence. I loved the fact that I could get a cashiers check to pay my bills and did not have to pay for that service, I picked an account for that particular reason... well, BancorpSouth and Cadence bought out National. Now a cashiers check costs $10.00 each. I averaged 5-7 of them to pay my bills; which meant I would've be charged $50.00 - $70.00. I now go to the Post Office and get money orders; they are $1.50 each. Then there's a service charge, which I never received before with National. I am charged $8.00 a month for the honor of using their bank, I have more than 1 account. Cadence Bank owners are just greedy... the only thing that they care about is getting their hands on people's money... they even have their tellers asking why was I withdrawing the amount money from my account! I bluntly said its none of the banks business why I need my monies... a very bold communistic move. I am going to other banks to see what they can offer to me to get money into their systems.
