I understand how difficult it is to hire people, especially good people. Cadence never has a ton of staff but the ones they have, have always been good to me. Until her. Better to be short-staffed and tell your customers, I apologize for the wait but we are dedicated to you and will be with you ASAP, than to have five or even ONE Cassie. Poor delivery, condescending, and pure misery.
