      image The turnover at this location is horrendous. Uneducated employees. Alleged policy changes from week to week. They dont take walk-ins. Dont take debit cards with Visa/MC logo. Was told they had a truck available but had to reserve online. Left to make the reservation and get my actual credit card since I only had a debit card. Came back in less than 20 minutes with a reservation booked and suddenly they didnt have any more trucks.

      image They are good company! They reimbursed me for the charges I incured when I thought the insurance company was still covering the use of the vehicle!

      image The staff is friendly and very helpful. We needed a 8 passenger vs a 7 passenger. The SUV we requested was not available until later that day. That didnt work with our timeline. They provide us with discounts.
