There was a lot of confusion here. Their computer system went down at the local store and online. Long line, lots of angry customers. It took over 45 minutes to pickup the rental. Not the fault of the attendant, But he handled it the best he could. I only got to keep the truck for 6 hours because they are closed on Sunday. The problems we're with the corporate office, not this location.
