Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

We finally took time of our vacation to make an appointment at this bank, arrived on time for the appointment, no one bothered that we were there, waited for 30min, still no one came to say something about the delay. Instead a lady that finally was available called for the people that had their appointment 30min later than us. When I asked, she said she is assigned to the people that has an appointment later than us, really!? NEVER COMING BACK HERE, very disrespectful of peoples time and not even had any courtesy with us.

Worst place ever. Nobody knows what theyre doing. They need to replace ASAP the management there otherwise that branch it will be a total failure. I have literally two month trying to do some process one of those linking an account the other one is trying to order a new card. One time they forgot to order second time they never order third time they forgot to ask for one more signature forth time mistakes and more mistakes come on guys stop are playing around with my time and patience.

Dropping by to give props to Lashonta. For several days, we tried to obtain gold dollar coins - and multiple businesses (stores, banks) merely said no when we asked if they A) had any or B) would be able to order any. Not only did Lashonta order a box for us, but she personally called to update us on the order - and then sorted through the coins to pull the shiniest ones. Personal touches & extra effort like that leave an impression and we are grateful. Thank you, Lashonta!

I went in today with an appointment to discuss opening an account. The gentleman immediately greeted me, and seated me in the lobby. I had about a 5min wait, and very soon after I worked with Reyna. She was very knowledgabl about the different services offered, and helped me choose the best account based on current and future financial goals. Reynas customer service was 10 out of 10, I am grateful she made the process, fast and easy! Thank you!

Please do not waste your time and go here. I never go inside the bank and I had to go in to speak to someone and they tell her was very uneducated and honestly for being a bank representative. She looked like she rolled out of bed and did not care about her job. She didnt even bother looking up my account or really trying to help me. I ended up having to go to the regular location that I open my bank with and was able to complete everything at that Bank of America. This place is a joke.
