Woodforest National Bank

We have used Woodforest for probably about 15 years. Over the past year or so, this bank has gone down hill quickly... at multiple locations. Poor customer service, rude, and when they made a huge error on my accounts, the manager at the Louetta location wouldn't even come out of his office or return my calls. At this location and the larger Tomball location, across from Lowe's, I've made several deposits using the drive thru. The tellers didn't greet or thank me any of those times... not a peep. They just return the deposit receipt and that's how I know my transaction is complete. The pandemic has affected all of us in one way or another but poor customer service is not acceptable especially when there are too many other options out there to do business elsewhere. I am now primarily banking with Chase and the level of attention and customer service is what Woodforest used to be... possibly even better.

Stay away this location tried to steal 800 from me and then blamed it on a “system” problem, the managers are Arrogant and to me they seem prejudice and racist. Stay away from them, I’ve never seen someone take money from a customer and then not try and fix it. Horrible bank.
